Zlanze connects businesses with freelancers and agencies for project collaboration.
Users are responsible for setting project terms, deliverables, and pricing.
Zlanze only provides a marketplace; all agreements and commitments are between the users.

All payments must be made through Zlanze’s secure payment system.
Users can choose from Postpaid or Prepaid plans as per their preference.
Prepaid Plan: Users pay upfront before starting a project.
Postpaid Plan: Users pay at the end of the billing cycle for completed projects.
Zlanze may charge transaction fees, which will be clearly communicated before payment.
External transactions (outside of Zlanze) are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Refunds and payment disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis as per Zlanze’s dispute resolution policy.

Maintain professionalism and adhere to agreed project deadlines.
Avoid fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.
Zlanze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

Users retain ownership of their original work unless stated otherwise in agreements.
Unauthorized copying or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

Zlanze is only a facilitator and is not responsible for user-generated content, project failures, or financial losses.
We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of work delivered through the platform.

Zlanze reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
